Get ready to dig, dump, and discover with our Construction Zone sensory kit - where little builders can scoop, shovel and smash their way through hands-on fun! Warning: May cause extreme creativity and sensory satisfaction!
Fine Motor Benefits - Pour, scoop and transfer black beans into your construction hat using the silver shovel. This sensory activity will strengthen hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and concentration ability.
Mathematics Benefits - Use our signs and shapes’ activity to learn different road signs and their corresponding shapes! Learn the shape’s names in Spanish and say them while working with the cards to make this a multilingual activity.
Literacy Benefits - Drive your construction vehicle down the letter road mats. Use the formation guide on each letter to introduce proper formation. If it is age appropriate, encourage your child to trace the letters at the bottom of the letter mat for formation practice. We’ve included our second Montessori letter grouping of bfor in this kit.
